Riding Lessons

Purita Farms Horseback Riding Resort offers riding lessons for all ages (6 year old and above). The 3-day course teaches the student the proper form and balance for all the different gaits from walk, trot, canter to a full gallop. The student will also learn proper horse care, grooming and handling. On the final day, the student will be treated to a three-hour trail ride at the countryside and at the white sand beach to test his newly acquired riding skills. By this time, the student is eager enough to hit the trail.

Horseback riding is fun and exciting. Learning how to ride a horse is a unique and valuable experience for everyone.

1st Day - Riding Lesson (Good for 2 hours)

3rd Day - Trail Ride with free lunch (Good for 3 hours)

• The students are taught on how to maneuver and take control of the horse.
• The students are taught on how to hold the reins properly, maintain good balance and posture, and to stay relax on a horse.
• Observing safe distance between horses is important when hitting the trail.
