About Us

Senining Family Purita Farms Horseback Riding Resort has been a mango orchard since 1981. It is owned by the late Judge Romulo Senining and his lovely wife, Purita. The resort house was constructed in 2007 and is sitting on a four hectare land as a vacation house for their family. The horseback riding was established in 2009, and had been the passion of their children and grandchildren riding together at the beach while enjoying the beauty of the sunset.

The Seninings are members of the Cebu Equine Owners Breeders Sportsman Association (CEOBSA) and have actively participated in numerous horse shows and horse competitions all over the country as well as winning several awards during these events. They are successfully breeding thoroughbreds, quarter horses, and arabian horses at their farm.

The resort offers riding lessons, with professional riding instructors and competent horse handlers that cater to every rider's needs. The horse trail ride is an unforgettable experience for the entire family. It is a personal journey of discovery for every rider and horse, riding in harmony with nature at its finest.

Purita Farms is located at San Remegio, Cebu, with white sandy beaches and the longest coastline, which is perfect for a full gallop horse ride. The farm is also situated near a golf course that is only 10 minutes away by car, for riders who want to play the sport.

The facilities at the resort include air-conditioned spacious rooms with a personal touch, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, movie viewing, lounge area, and internet access. Guests are served with good home-cooked Filipino food and gracious hospitality, that provides a truly relaxing stay, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Shuttle services are also provided, combined with affordable rates for couples, families, and groups.
